Roles & Responsibilities

We’re a small, but very high impact team. We work behind the scenes to streamline processes and are also at the forefront of change, giving presentations and workshops.

 

You’re part of a team that’s multidisciplinary and feels confident navigating through different and new technologies to solve complex client problems. Depending on your capabilities, you’re expected to build upon your legal and technical skillsets and will be onboarded in the use of platforms such as HighQ, Contract Express and other solutions.

 

You’ll work together with different departments, depending on the needs and your expertise. Typical LegalTech projects include (but are not limited to):

  • Setting up data room environments
  • Providing support to the different teams and clients
  • Thrive within our document automation tools
  • Requirements gathering + functional analysis for document automation purposes
  • Manage legal files and documents
  • Onboarding and implementing AI tools

Skills & Qualifications

  • This position is open to graduate paralegals
  • Diploma in legal practice or similar required
  • You have an interest in Technology
  • You are willing to fully immerse yourself into legal requirements and like solving  complex business cases
  • Excellent MS Office (Word) skills are required
  • Languages: English is a must, additionally Dutch and/or French
  • You’re highly analytical, and strive for excellence
  • Proactive and independent work ethic
