1. Which Parties are involved?

In this notice the following terms are understood as follows:

• KPMG: KPMG Central Services (ESV/GIE) with registered office at 1930 Zaventem (Belgium), Luchthaven Brussel Nationaal 1K and registered with the Register of Legal Entities (Brussels) under the number 0473.719.789. KPMG Central Services is a member firm of the KPMG network of independent member firms affiliated with KPMG International Cooperative ("KPMG International"), a Swiss entity;
• you: every natural person (B2C) or legal person (B2B) in a contractual relationship of any nature, now or in the future, with K law or KPMG via this online platform;
• “we”, “our” and “us”: K law and KPMG collectively.

2. Professional regulations

The attorneys of K law are members of the Brussels, Antwerp or Kortrijk bar and as such they carry the title of “advocaat” and “avocat”. They adhere to the professional regulations issued by their respective local bar association and to those issued by the Flemish bar association (“Orde van Vlaamse Balies”) or the French/German-speaking Bar association (“Ordre des barreaux francophones et germanophones de Belgique”).
