Roles & Responsibilities

As a Junior Associate in our Real Estate Law team you will work together with a team of dedicated lawyers to assist clients with legal issues related to real estate such as:

  • investment and divestment
  • restructuring
  • real estate finance
  • construction
  • environmental law
  • property management, leasing and franchising
  • real estate tax
  • dispute resolution

You will be involved in a broad range of projects and provide a wide scope of legal services to our national and international clients.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You (will soon) hold a master degree in law.
  • An additional qualification or an international experience is an asset.
  • You have a keen interest in real estate law.
  • A first professional experience in a law firm (e.g. an internship) is an asset.
  • You speak Dutch and are fluent in English. A good knowledge of French is an asset.
  • You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in this legal field.
  • You have strong analytical and writing skills.
  • You are a real team player.
