We are looking for a junior associate with a keen interest in business and commercial law to join our team in Kortrijk or Ghent.

As a junior associate in our business and commercial law team you will work together with a team of dedicated lawyers to assist clients on legal issues related to:

• commercial and civil contracts
• (unfair) trade practices
• economic law
• distribution, agency & franchising
• international trade
• e-commerce

You will be involved in a broad range of projects and provide a wide scope of legal services to our national and international clients.

You will attend meetings with clients and maintain strong relationships with them.

• You (will soon) hold a master degree in law with a focus on economic law.
• An additional qualification or an international experience is an asset.
• A first professional experience in a law firm is an asset but not a requirement.
• You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in this legal field.
• You have strong analytical and writing skills.
• You speak Dutch and are fluent in English.
• You are a real team player.
