As a Junior Paralegal, you’ll dive into an exciting world of legal adventures, becoming part of a team of 100 talented lawyers and paralegals. Every day will bring something new as you help keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. Your role will be crucial, and you'll get hands-on with a variety of tasks, such as:

• Prepare, review, and manage corporate legal documents on a range of topics
• Translate legal documents
• Draft minutes (shareholders' resolutions, board meetings, etc.)
• Handle document legalizations
• Take care of legal publications and follow up on them
• Draft corporate documents for changes within Belgian companies
• Assist with filing and publication requirements for Belgian branches
• Help with (de)registering companies at the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises
• Support the incorporation of new companies or setting up branch offices in Belgium
• Assist with the liquidation of companies and closing of branch offices
• Help clients with obtaining legalizations and sworn translations of legal documents for use at home or abroad

• You hold a bachelor degree in Business Management with a option in paralegel studies.
• You speak Dutch and are fluent in English. A good knowledge of French is an asset.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You are organized and have an eye for details.
